Case:
Positions for cadet electrical engineers are now in demand for your company to occupy work load in the line and substation maintenance field to assist project and supervising engineers in duty. Due to ongoing projects, former cadets have leveled to a more specialized job and are now promoted as project engineers: For years of experience, they were equipped with both essential and specialized training that weighed them to be posted in a more expanded role.
In compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment to help counter the rapid increase of work demand particularly as field electrical engineers, the organization has decided to post the vacancy to the public. Most of the applicants from the profile and resume screening are new board passers with zero experience. Although the company offers continuous training to its employees, they won't be able to provide the necessary pre-employment training for the engineers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares monthly/weekly timesheets of employees based on the employees biometric and actual attendance records.
2. Responsible for recording and safekeeping and arrangement of all documents of the Department.
3. Coordinates with the Project Supervisor for all OT requests in various projects handled by the Department for record purposes.
4. Prepares and properly arranges and safely keeps all required documents needed in the project/s.
5. Prepares calibration schedule of all tools and equipment.
6. Prepares Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for weekly meetings conducted for all Service Department Staff.
7. Records and updates daily manpower monitoring and submits daily to the service Department Head.
8. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time..
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skills: Designing and Estimation, Documentation, General Office Administration, Quality Assurance and Control, Computer Literate, with knowledge in Engineering software.
Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering- Electrical or equivalent.
