• We have now explored the Buried Bodies case and the incredibly difficult dilemma faced by Frank Armani. Tell me, in your own words, if you had a client that revealed to you, under the absolute protections of the attorney-client confidential communications, that they had harmed another human being, could you keep the confidence? Why or why not? If you could not, what do you believe would be an appropriate consequence?
• If Frank Armani had broken his client's confidences here and had revealed the location and identity of both, or even one of the victims, should he have been penalized for breaking attorney-client confidences? What should the penalty have been?
