Your in-class activity is as follows:

1. Select a project scenario/example:

- Choose a project that you are familiar with or interested in. It can be a real or hypothetical project from any industry or field.

1. Identify project stakeholders and Project Team members/Quality Planning:

- Make a list of all the stakeholders and Team members involved in the project. Consider both internal stakeholders (such as project team members, project manager, and sponsor) and external stakeholders (such as clients, end-users, suppliers, regulatory authorities, or community groups).

1. Analyze stakeholder and Team members interests and influence:

- For each stakeholder and Team members identified, assess their level of interest in the project and their potential influence or power over the project's outcome. Use a simple scale, such as low, medium, or high, to indicate the level of interest and influence.

1. Assess stakeholder and Project Team member's expectations:

- Identify and describe the expectations, needs, and concerns of each stakeholder and Team members. Consider factors such as project goals, outcomes, timeline, budget, quality, and any specific requirements or constraints.

1. Prioritize stakeholders:

- Based on their level of interest and influence, prioritize the stakeholders and Project Team members. Identify those with high interest and high influence as key stakeholders and Team members who require significant attention and management.

1. Develop a Project Team Planning engagement strategy:

- Based on the Team planning analysis, propose a Project Team engagement strategy. Describe how you plan to involve and communicate with the key stakeholders and Project Team members to ensure their needs are met, expectations are managed, and their support is obtained throughout the project.

1. Documentation:

- Prepare a concise report summarizing your stakeholder and Project Team Planning analyses and stakeholder engagement strategy. Include the project details, stakeholder and Project Team members lists, analyses, findings, and the proposed engagement strategy.
