In your initial post $($by Wednesday$),$ describe how you would approach this with your team. What would you say to them? Think about the Levels of Moral Development $($Kohlberg$),$ and include the level when developing your response. In other words, what approach do you tend to lean to$,$ and what level of moral development is your response to your team?

For your replies $($on at least two different days, by Sunday$),$ find at least two individuals who look at things differently than you, and engage in a discussion. Can you try to persuade your fellow student to see things differently? $($Note: I get it$,$ disagreeing is hard, but that's the point. You will face times where you need to speak up and give voice to your values. At least $2$ of your' replies need to be of this nature in order to earn points!$)$
