Project Title: "Customer Order Management System" for an online retail business in MS Access.

Objective: To develop a comprehensive database system that allows for efficient tracking and management of customer orders, inventory, and shipping.

Customer Management

Store customer information including name, address, email, and phone number.

Track customer order history.

Customer feedback and preferences.

Inventory Management

Maintain a detailed list of products, including product ID$,$ name, description, quantity in stock, and reorder levels.

Automated alerts for low stock levels.

Order Management

Enable creation of new orders with customer information, order details $($product$,$ quantity, price$),$ and shipping method.

Track order status $($received$,$ processing, shipped, delivered$).$

Generate invoices and receipts for orders.

Shipping and Delivery Tracking

Record shipping details, including carrier, tracking number, and expected delivery date.

Update order status when shipped and delivered.

Reports and Analytics

Generate sales reports by date, product, or customer.

Inventory level reports.

Customer order history and patterns.

Instructions: Based on the given information do the following:

$2.$ Choose Entities

$3.$ Create ERD based on the entities chosen

$4.$ Create tables$/$files for each entity

$5.$ Enter minimum $3$ records in each table. Read the Key Features to create Columns$/$Fields in the tables.

$6.$ Create ERD inside MS Access and join the tables based on the ERD

$7.$ Create min $3$ queries using Access Design view.
