It has a large hairdressing area that contains 12 chairs and 6 basins, a reception area which also contains a retail area where clients can purchase hair care products.

On the same floor but in a separate section is the beauty treatment area. It is not as large as hairdressing. There is a manicure station and 4 treatment rooms each with a massage table and running water. There is also a reception area where clients can sit if they are waiting and a retail display that stocks the same products that are used in the salon.

Over the last 4 months' sales for the beauty division have increased by more than 20%, due in part to the new receptionist who is very client focused and importantly always seeks to sell take home beauty products from the retail display area
