Research Emerging Technology Topic Selection:

1. Virtual Reality for business collaboration (e.g. Immersed)
2. Blockchain for business security (e.g. Fireblocks)
3. Machine Learning for business predictions and decisions (e.g. TIBCO)
4. Cloud Computing for business help desk support (e.g. Freshdesk)

Select one out of the four research topics indicated above to create a professional PowerPoint presentation with audio-recorded narrative. Your PowerPoint submission should be 15 to 20 minutes long and covers at the minimum the following sections:

• Topic Background (overview)
  • Evolution of Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Machine Learning or Cloud Computing
  • Explain the role of information systems as it pertains to your selected topic
• Comparison of three (3) specific software technology applications (not models) pertinent to your selected topic that can be used in the workplace to conduct daily activities. You can this information below on their respective website. Make sure to review the information and summarize your findings in your presentation.
  • name, version (if applicable), brand/company, release date, description, and operating system(s) supported.
  • unique features and functions
  • usability in the context of organizations (provide at least one specific scenario)
  • pricing (estimates)/subscription types
  • benefits and challenges
• Summary and recommended software based on your analysis
