Hi classmates, My name is Erick Davis. The reason im in this course is because it is apart of the Culinary Management degree which is the degree I am pursuing. Im intrigued to further my education on food purchasing and storage. Also I work as cook 2 in the banquets department at the JW Marriott in downtown Tampa. Im currently working getting my Charcuterie business up and running and also having future plans for the next 5-10 years to open up a food truck.
