Create a Title for your report: Your title should say exactly what your report is about 2. Create subheadings for your report 3 Write an Abstract for your report telling the reader what the objectives of the report are as well as the main findings, conclusion and any recommendation. Example: This report presents the current status of the X tarpit sancis, the study of oil recoverability, and the findings of the study with specific recommendations. 4. Write an Introduction: Introduces the topic of the report 3. Write Body: it should give precise information about the research you have carried out and what you have discovered from it. The information here should be factual and not based on opinion. If you want you can include Table charts and bulleted lists 6 Write a Conclusion this is where you should give your opinion based on the facts discovered 7. Cite your report using MLA standards
