A certain project is defined by the data given in the following table:

a$)$ Based on that data, draw in Word, a fully analyzed network diagram for the project. Include all activity times in your network diagram. Identify the critical path and determine the project duration. Finally, prepare an Activities Boundary Timetable for the project. $[$Alternatively$,$ you may use another software to draw the network diagram and copy and paste the diagram into Word. Make sure the diagram is legible in Word. Scanned manual drawings, hand$-$drawn diagrams from a tablet or similar device, and diagrams generated by MSP or similar project planning software are not acceptable for grading.$][30$ points$]$

b$)$ Assuming that each task is started as soon as possible, construct the Gantt chart and corresponding resource loading diagram for the project. While not required, it may be convenient to do this in a spreadsheet program such as Excel, and then copy and paste your work into Word. $[20$ points$]$

c$)$ How would you rearrange the timing of project activities to reduce the fluctuation in resource demand? Assume that the overall project duration cannot be extended. Remember that the specified precedence relationships must be maintained. $[20$ points$]$

d$)$ If there are only $20$ workers available for the project, how would you assign workers to tasks to ensure that the project can be completed without violating the resource limit$?$ In this case, the project duration may be extended if necessary $($but without violating precedence relationships$).[20$ points$]$
