Question 1

The Massimo Group of companies is interested in determining the level of staff satisfaction. They have engaged a firm to conduct this analysis. Employees were provided with a survey and asked to rate the importance of the elements on a scale of 1 - 10. The elements of the survey are: feedback, recognition, happiness, relationship with peers, relationship with management, satisfaction, work culture, growth opportunities, work life balance and communication. The data table which shows the results of this survey can be found in the sheet labelled "Question 1".
