Question 1
The Massimo Group of companies is interested in determining the level of staff satisfaction. They have engaged a firm to conduct this analysis. Employees were provided with a survey and asked to rate the importance of the elements on a scale of 1 - 10. The elements of the survey are: feedback, recognition, happiness, relationship with peers, relationship with management, satisfaction, work culture, growth opportunities, work life balance and communication.
