Consider these questions in your review and analysis of the case/article linked above.

1. We had a whole chapter on "Win-Win Negotiation" (Chapter 4), but can a negotiation really be win-win? Doesn't at least one party lose something?
2. Determine which of the dispute resolution approaches offered in the text would be the best one to use in this case.

Expectations

1. 20-25% of the paper: synopsis
2. 20-25% of the paper: critique and interpretation of the content
3. 50-60% of the paper: How would you apply the lessons learned from the case study to the Bayou Steel Case (see links below)?

This process will ensure that a comprehensive and integrated paper is prepared and not a Q&A type (which will NOT be accepted).
