Choose a company where youd like to work someday. Research that companys organizational culture. A good place to start is the companys website. You can also search for news stories about the company, job listings from the company, and social media posts by or about the company.

For Discussion

In your initial post, name the company you chose, and then answer ALL of the following questions:

1. Based on your research, which of the seven dimensions of organizational culture does the company most closely align with? Use evidence to support your conclusion.
2. What sources have influenced the companys culture most significantly?
3. How does the company maintain its culture?
4. After learning more about the companys culture, do you still want to work there? Explain why you think the company would or wouldnt be a good fit for you.
