This reflection paper is to be completed individually, not as a team.

For this assignment, the goal is to drive you into the data. Review the three sets of reports found in the simulation $($the Footwear Industry Report, the Competitive Intelligence Report and your Company's Operating Report$).$ Note your company's placement on the scoreboard. Explain why your firm ranked the way it did. The data is there, use the data to support your explanation. If sales were higher and earnings were higher, explain why. If your company was out competed in a region $($like Latin America$)$ explain why. This analysis should be brief, no more than $1$ page.

Next, conduct a SWOT $($individually$)$ for your company. The information on conducting a SWOT, and the elements described in a SWOT, are found in chapters $3,$ and $4.$ For each of the elements that you list, describe why they are a strength $($using the RBV$),$ why it is a weakness, why it is a threat, and lastly why it is an opportunity $($PESTEL$).$ For instance, if celebrity appeal is a strength, explain why this is your company's strength. Be sure to utilize the competitive intelligence report. This SWOT will be updated each week. This part should be no more than two pages.

Lastly, you are currently held responsible to meet investor expectations. These are, in part, to grow your earnings. You have neared the completion of your degree, and have explored a number of the business disciplines from a Christian world view, how can you balance chasing profits, with having a Christian world view. Use scripture to support your answer.
