Instructions: This week, you will be creating a presentation to discuss how to conduct a performance appraisal. As a part of this how-to presentation, you will use Alisha's job role (selected in week 2) as a case study to demonstrate the process. Assume Alisha was hired for the position you selected, and has been in the role for three years. Step 1: Create job expectations based on the role you selected for her. Identify the responsibility of the job and remember this is necessary to conduct the appraisal. Step 2: Review notes and resources from this week to ensure you understand the performance appraisal process. A lot of this will come from the readings and resources from this week, but you are encouraged to expand your research beyond the textbook and listed resources. You will use this and your notes from Step 1 to develop a voice over presentation describing the appraisal process. What are the steps of the appraisal process? What key items do you include?
