Instructions
Using Microsoft Visio, and your previous diagram (CodeID_Networking.vsdx), circle the networks on the topology and add network numbers.
Step 1
Circle each network on the diagram. Place the circles on their own layer (called Circles). Save a PDF of the diagram with the networks circled as CodeID_Circles.pdf i.e. roseaw_Circles.pdf Please note: The circles will be messy since you will probably use your mouse. That is OK!
Step 2
After completing Step 1, Add the following network numbers inside the circles in a new layer called Networks:
NY-WA link 1.1.1.0
WA-LAN 2.1.1.0
WA-KY link 3.1.1.0
KY-Internet link 4.1.1.0
KY-OH link 5.1.1.0
KY-Edge to KY-INT link 6.1.1.0
NY-OH link 7.1.1.0
OH-Edge - OH-ASA 8.1.1.0
NY-KY link 9.1.1.0
DMZ 10.1.1.0
KY-LAN 11.1.1.0
OH-LAN 172.16.1.0
NY-LAN 192.168.1.0
Step 3
After you have the numbers added to the networks and have saved the MiamiID_Circles.pdf file, hide the Circles layer. You will then save the file as MiamiID_Networks.pdf. You will submit this file as well. In addition, you will also submit your MiamiID_Networking.vsdx file.
