INSTRUCTIONS . You will form a customer relationship database in an excel file for a hypothetical small business within a particular industry (The industry of the company should be stated) You will decide which variables the dataset should cover. The variables should be relevant to your industry and pursue the goals of customer retention and customer acquisition Besides the excel file, you need to provide a word file explaining the variables taking place in the database (Definition of each variable, what each variable stands for, the purpose of selecting each variable, the relevancy of each variable either to the industry or to relationship approach of the company). An explanation should be provided for each variable in the database. The Word should cover a suggestions part too, in which a set of suggestions should take place. What sort of analysis should the company do through the data. In response to the analysis, what kind of actions should the company take in order to acquire new customers and retain existing customers. At least ten recommendations should be proposed The excel dataset should be filled (at least 30 rows should be filled with data). The variables can be hypothetical; however, they should be coherent and logical. .
