He had also affixed in the bungalows the following items: fitted cupboards, electrical wiring, suspended ceilings, partitions, air conditioning equipment, curtains, kitchen and bathroom units, light fittings, and some valuable tapestries which are hung on the walls. The sale agreement is silent on how to handle the cottage and the items in the bungalows.
