Intermodal (similar to the first assignment): The company can for each order do as described in the order line where for an import order an full container is picked up at a location and delivered to a customer where it is emptied after which the empty container is delivered to the location provided.
For an export an empty container is picked up at the location provided in the order and taken to a customer where the container is filled and there after taking to the delivery location provided.
Some of these orders can be combined thus saving transportation cost. An import order can be combined with an export order (using triangulation) Note that only orders with containers of the same size can be combined. Also note that if the type is HQ then the import order with container of type HQ can be combined with an export order with container of type both HQ and not HQ as long as the size is the same.
The follow table shows the costs:
a) Find all the different paths and their costs
b) Write a model to find the optimal way to complete the orders.
c) Solve the problem and provide the solution
