$1.$ Introduction into the topic; present the theoretical framework of the topic and explain the areas to be analyzed in the data analysis section of the paper. Not to exceed $2$ pages

$2.$ This is the body of the paper and you should find historical data to sustain your

research. Save the tables and graphs on separate pages that will be attached in the

Appendix, after the $$References$$ section. Label each table and graph

appropriately, so it is easy to make the reference in the text about the data attached

in the Appendix. The data analysis should go back in time as much as $20$ years,

but not less than $5$ years.

$3.$ Explain what you$$ve learned from the research data and how you interpret the

results. Formulate the conclusions on the analyzed topic.

$4.$ Offers well$-$conceived, realistic set of recommendations for the future, correlated

with the conclusions from the research. You will also express your personal opinion on the discussed issue.
