International Management Question: Can someone please help suggest a few countries/companies that would fit well with the description below:

You will develop a plan for a business to enter a country in which it currently does not operate. The first step is to identify a company or country that you wish to study. If you pick the company first, you will then need to identify a country in which it doesn't yet operate. If you pick the country first, you will then need to identify a company that doesn't yet operate in it.
