Interpret Results

To perform a hypothesis test using the Chi-square test of independence, we will use hypothetical data from the General Social Survey (GSS) focusing on two variables: PARTYID (party identification) and TRUST (trust in people). (H0): There is no association between party identification and level of trust in people. (H1):There is an association between party identification and level of trust in people.
