d. How adequate or inadequate are the performance appraisal methods currently being used? Why? Do they reflect the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to implement the particular organization's strategic goals successfully?

e. How are salary levels and annual improvements determined? For example, does the organization conduct periodic internal and external wage surveys?

f. To what extent have employee tardiness, absenteeism, and turnover been problems?
