You will develop an interview protocol/process that includes.

• Develop an interview protocol that would take 20 minutes (you would need at minimum 10 questions)
• The protocol must include questions that are skill, behavioral, and situational (at least one of each)
• Questions must be connected to the position description.

produce a protocol document that includes:

1. Questions in the order in which you would ask them during the interview
2. Time allotted for the question
3. Type of question (skill, behavioral, situational, other)
4. How it connects to the position
5. Why this is important to ask, rationale for inclusion
