Introduction session for getting a new client Kyle Sparks. I had the pleasure of meeting with his original QMHP she went over his ISP, Diagnosis, and current level of progress in treatment he has been approved for 7 days and I will be substituting for original QMHP for three weeks. Upon her return she will be completing one hour and then Kyle will be getting discharged from the program for completion on IHH. Kyles presence was reserved and it took about 10 minutes for him to warm up to me. QMHP talked with him about his interest, " He talked about liking Pokemon, Origami, Animation, playing outside. At the session in attendance was his aunt, grandpa, little sister Mia, and his cousin. He talked about school, what he plans to get out of treatment to help his academic and personal life.
