Introduction The TEDx Style Presentation is completed individually to assess your understanding of the course concepts and application of the learning material to the real business world. You are presenting your TEDx Style Talk before a group of managers at your place of employment as part of your interview for a management level position. The position requires expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion and/or anti-racism best practices in the workplace. You are required to demonstrate your knowledge in the topic and how you would make a culture of inclusion in the workplace. Format and Length of Talk Students will record their presentations and submit in the Dropbox for the TEDx Style Talk. Presentations must be 18 minutes (do not submit video recordings under or over 18 minutes) and include a written summary of the TEDx Style Talk. Topics The presentation is based on a diversity, equity, inclusion, or anti-racism topic of your choice and explain how a culture of inclusion can be created in the workplace.
