Type in the code from attached program

Grading Criteria

The java file will be graded on accuracy and completeness

Fix errors before submission

Your completed java file should look like attached java file

Be sure to run the file to get output

Take a screen shot of your output and save in word file called M$4$CW$1$LastName$\_$output
