This poper summaries the agamons and cockibrarguments within the scierificc uiscussion on the impications of effective conflict manggement on organizational performance. The main purpose of the resagrch is to examine the relationship behusen effective contict management and arganisgtional' pertomanos in Nigaria. The study covers matters suct as catses of confict, types of conelict, confict deveiapment and strabgies far marraging canticts as wed as micans of mansging conitict in an attempo fo Reyression Analysis. The major instrument used for the colection of data for this stucy was a questionnaive. This was done in order to give an 6 qual chance to each respondent to be heard, in arder for an abjoctive outcome to be achioncd. One humdrod (100) set of the questionvare were distrivuted, out of which nhety-eight of them were procerty filed and retumied. The restartement of the hypochesis evealed that confict management leads to improve organizational pertormance. The resur also feveaiad that there is a postive reiationship between conflict management (independent variable) and improved organizational perfomance (dependent variable). Th's study also shows that confict manggement contiftouses to improved arganlzational productivly. The result aiso revealed that there is a positive reiationship befusen onmict manggament (independent variativel and imoreved arganizational improved argevizational productioty.
