You must explain in your own words what the model of consumer choice is and how it is used to derive the demand ciu'ye. There must he at least on paragraph on each of the following: the budget line, indifference curves and how the demand curve is derived from the model. (This material is in chapters 3 and 4 of Browning and Zuppan.) Appication of the model. Apply the model to a real world problem. You can choose any application discussed in chapter 5 of you text except education or find and discuss an example of a shift in the demand curve in recent news article which should he cited in the paper. If you choose to use one of the applications in the text, you must explain both the model and why this is important to you. If you choose to discuss a demand shift you must discuss what led you to your conclusions about the source of the shift in demand and include at least two graphs, a supply and demand graph which shows which way the demand move is shifting and a graph of the model of consumer choice, i.e. indifference curves and budget line which shows why demand is shifting
