For the next problem, we will make use of this helper function. Write a function that takes, as an argument, a list of characters and returns a list reflecting the run-length encoding of that list. The elements in the returned list follow the following pattern: the even indices contain the characters and the odd indices contain the number of times the character is repeated consecutively. Name your function runLengthEncoding(myList). For example, >>>runLengthEncoding(["a", "a", "a", "b", "b", "a", "c", "c", "b", "b"]) would return the list ["a", 3, "b", 2, "a", 1, "c", 2, "b", 2]
