IPv6 is considered to be the "next-generation" IP protocol and was designed to solve a big problem that we are soon to face with its predecessor, IPv4. The problem with IPv4 is simply running out of addresses to support all of the devices on the Internet, commonly known as IP exhaustion. First, do some research on some of the major differences between IPv4 and IPv6. Next, based on your research, what do you think are some of the major problems with changing one of the most critical protocols that supports the Internet?
