Is creativity a function of nature or nurture (that is, is it something that we are born with or something we can learn)? Should organizations foster and reward creativity? With regard to innovation, why are most innovations continuous (making improvements in an already existing product or service) rather than discontinuous (also called disruptive innovations - something so new that nothing like it has existed before)?
