Research Question: How can the Government and American citizens within communities equalize the challenges of economic disparity to promote a strong economy throughout the United States?

A strong economy's benefit is to overcome the challenges presented to the communities throughout its nation, for example, economic disparity caused by lack of employment opportunities, lack of educational resources, and the lack of affordable housing. There should be equalization between government policies, rules and regulations, and the American citizens' rights within the communities and throughout the nation during such property within communities.
