is this a divisible contract or an entire contract?: TASK DESCRIPTION By agreement in writing dated 27 February 2024, SoyBB Corporation Pty Ltd ('SoyBB', 'the seller') agreed to sell Philomena ('the buyer') 2400 cartons of soy milk for a total price of $96,000, at a price of $40 per carton. Each carton contains 12 one-litre packs of 'barista quality' soy milk. Philomena planned to resell the soy milk to individual cafs in the Brisbane area. She offers a delivery service for any caf within 60km of Brisbane's central business district. In the contract, she nominated her Brisbane storage facility as the destination at which she will accept delivery.
