For each of these in excel I went to data analysis then correlation selected the following needed for each below. a. job performance correlation r=0.67 which is mildly uphill positive relationship, which means the candidates that are chosen from unstructured interview will have moderate positive performance in the job. b.guest satisfaction The correlation is 0.04 which is very close to indicating no linear relationship which means unstructured interviews doesn't have any influence over guest satisfaction. c. absenteeism The correlation value r=-0.23 which means it has very week downhill linear relationship. This means unstructured interviews has the negative effect towards absentees but in a very week way. 2. The scores of escord of Work sample 1 have moderate positive effect on the job performance b.guest satisfaction The correlation value r=0.13 It has approximated to O value which means there is no linear relationship between the work sample 1 and guest satisfaction. c. absenteeism The correlation value - 0.268 which means very week downward relationship. 3.
