Choose only ONE $(1)$ issue related to the course subjects: organisational development and change. Conduct research to identify a significant issue or challenge that the chosen organisation faces in the new era of sustainability. Some example of issues are such as regulatory compliances, customer preferences, lack of technology and innovation, reporting and measuring impact, or any other relevant issue.

Develop a change management strategic plan aimed at addressing the identified issue. Draw connections between theoretical knowledge and practical implications. Describe methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the strategic plan and monitoring progress towards achieving the stated objectives.

You must provide a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the chosen organisation with regard to the identified issue. Utilize relevant data, statistics, case studies, and scholarly literature to support your analysis.
