Problem Statement: Winner of Election

In this assignment, you are given a text file containing names of candidates in an election. A candidate name in the file represents a vote being casted to the candidate. Write an application that prints the name of the candidates and the total number of votes casted to that particular candidate. Also report the winner of the election.

Lab Scenario:

An input file name: LA$1\_$Readfile.txt is being provided where name of the candidates will appear in a new line. One candidates name may appear multiple times. Total number of votes for a candidate will be the total number of times the name appears in the file:

Design your solution:

For this lab you will use python dictionary structure to store the candidate names as key and the occurrence of names as value. You can assume candidate names are unique. A sample dictionary will look like this:

votes 'Doe': $56,$ 'George': $200,$ 'James': $10,$ 'Jonas': $3$
