It cannot be done today but if it could, I would implement a mandatory manager training program. This program would be for current managers. The managers would be educated on how they can help foster an environment of entrepreneurship. They would be shown the importance of giving ownership to employees. We already do a great job with innovation and creativity, but our ownership and change are lacking. We would also address the importance of change. It should not be feared but, embraced. If we could increase our entrepreneurial culture we would have high retention, lower turnover, and more products. We would be better equipped to reach our goals if we made these changes.
