It is essential for each team to meet and work on the final project this week. You may need to meet multiple times if time allowed. Each team will be required to submit a "mini-report" after meetings and grou work, which should include the following: Team number. A list of team members who participated in today's meeting (this will be considered as a part of team contribution grade). A summary of what you have accomplished on the final project, including the company's mission and vision, a Five Forces model analysis, and the company's competencies based on the resource-based view. An overview of your team's work today, covering the company's history, performance, and governance structure, the company's business-level strategy, and the most important stakeholder groups of the company. I attach the instruction for the final project. The deadline for submitting the mini-report is this Sunday at 11:59 PM.
