Write a function to check if a string is palindrome or not. A string is said to be palindrome if the reverse of the string is the same as string. For example, "radar" is a palindrome, but radix is not a palindrome. This function should: be named Is Palindrome take one argument: a string return a boolean: True, if the string is palindrome and False if it is not. Note that a s single character is a palindrome. Is_Palindrome (a) should retrun True
