It is important to mention here that facing problems and challenges are often an inherent part of the tasks a leader must address whether that leader is the leader of a team or your typical department. Technical problems are complex but there are expert solutions, and experts know how to solve them. Sometimes it can be difficult even reaching a common definition of what the problem really is$$called adaptive problems. Adaptive problems can be solved only by changing the system itself $($Hughes$,$ Ginnett & Curphy, $2018).$ Adaptive leadership is required to solve adaptive problems.
