It is now time to practice what you have learnt, for purposes of this exercise you should continue working in the same group you formed to complete

i$.$ Use either FMEA, or an alternative analysis technique useD by Ford Motor Company of SA$,$ to select which of the potential productivity solutions should be implemented. Document the analysis and justify your choice. Present the proposed solution to senior management for approval.

ii$.$ Using the project planning procedures or framework followed in your work place draw up a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of your solution.

$($iii$)$ Work as a team and implement your project, ensure all team members have clearly defined roles and that you apply the project implementation guidelines described in section $4\mathrm{.}4.$

iv$.$ On completion of the project meet as a team to evaluate the effectiveness of your implemented solution. You must then work alone to prepare your own end of project report.

v$.$ Present your report to your faciliator.

Assessment criteria: To meet the required level of competency your facilitator must mark you as 'Meets the standard' or better in all sections.
