It made me think about all the elements that go into this system. Could you see if people got out of hand with saying thank you to someone? I mean it sends emails, there is soical area for people to post, also if this is a huge company the amount employees. Would everyone be distracted by this and would it effect their work getting done one time? On the other hand it could motivate people to work harder to get named and feeel good about things.
