BOOKS at a total sum of RM200 from Kolej Bookshop and promised to pay when he colleat the books. However, after 2 months, he has not paid the monthly instaiments for , motorcycle or the books even though he has taken them. Motor Shop and Kolej Bookshe want to sue him for breach of contract.
