It will be assumed that there is a table named Contacts in the database with fields Id, ContactName and ContactSurname. When application is opened Contacts will be pulled from the database and will be listed as a name and surname in its row. Pressing the add button will save a new contact in the database. Pressing the Delete button will delete the selected contact from the list. When the Update button is pressed, the name and surname of the person in the list will be replaced with the name surname entered in the textboxes in the database.
