Discussion #2 - Important Elements in a Consulting Services Contract Imagine that you just started a new business as an independent marketing consultant and you were recently hired, for the first time, by a small restaurant to manage their marketing activities (social media, online Ads, flyers, promotional material etc.). Any attorney would tell you that it is smart to sign a contract before starting the work. What important elements would you include in this contract and why?
