Question No.1 Suppose we have the following a table named tblMobileDetails (MobileID, CompanyName, ModelName, Price, Color, YearofManufacturing) in the database named db_Zain_Mobiles. Your task is to code in Java to MySQL or Java to SQL Server for the following.

1)Add New Record to database. When a new Mobile Record is to be added to Database then it must be ensured that Mobile Name cannot be NULL and its length cannot be less than 5. Mobil Price cannot be Null, and must be Positive value. Also, YearofManufacturing should not be greater than current year (2023)

2)Delete an existing record from database by getting the MobileID Value through InputDialgBox

3)Implement the Exception Handling where necessary.
