Its off to the races! Write a program that simulates horse racing. Make sure you use several functions as they are the focus of this assignment. There are 6 horses in a race. Details of our game are as follows: 1. The player starts with 15 chips 2. The game ends if the player ends up with 0 chips, or more than 25 chips 3. The player may only place one bet per race 4. The player may bet 1 to 3 chips (but not more than he/she has) 5. The order of horses for a race are determined by using random numbers 6. Display the order of all 6 horses after each race 7. Ask the player if they want to play again each time Valid bets in our game are as follows: 1. Win (5 to 1 if horse picked comes in 1st place) 2. Place (3 to 1 if horse picked comes in 1st or 2nd place) 3. Show (2 to 1 if horse picked comes in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) 4.
