I've asked 7 questions since I started this subscription almost three weeks ago and I've only received answers to 2! Why am I spending $14.95 of my already scarce income on this service when no one is willing to help or answer any questions?? I'm sure no one will answer this question either. Apparently Chegg likes to ignore their customers after they've emptied their wallets.
