I've managed to pull the following employee absence data from the past year for Symtric. I think this should give us what we need for their wellbeing project Which quarter (e.g. Quarter 1 = Jan-March; Quarter 2 = April-June, etc.) does Symtric need to target most in terms of absenteelsm, and what could the cost saving be they take an average daily cost per person across the whole business)?
